Pinnacle Peak Country Club (PPCC) is a private, member-owned club conveniently contiguous to three, upscale residential communities. Membership is not tied to property ownership. We have members from all over the United States, and other countries, many of whom are part-time residents. PPCC is one of the few clubs in the Valley that is member-owned. There are no uncertainties regarding the arrangements and cost of turnover from the developer. Our financial status is sound and available to prospective members. The Board of Directors operates in the best interests of the members and is elected by the members. PPCC is part of a mature and attractive community that is completely built out.
Membership is limited to 325 family or single memberships. Our limited membership of 325 is expressly designed to provide an upscale golf experience unlike any other private club in the state. Membership privileges extend to the member, spouse or designated partner and unmarried children. An unmarried child not yet 26, may play golf without paying guest fees if they attend a college or university, are a member of the Armed Forces, or single and living at home.
Candidates for Regular Golf Membership are required to complete an application to be approved by the Membership Committee and undergo background and credit checks before submittal to the Board of Directors for approval. A deposit of the initiation fee must accompany each application.

Classes of Membership
Junior Member

Dues reduced to 50% of a regular golf membership - ONLY $360 a month.

Initiation Fee reduced to $25,000 cash - $5,000 equity and voting rights, OR elect
1-Year Trial Membership-no voting rights until a portion of the equity is paid. Deposit of $4,000 required with Nomination for Membership. If Junior Member decides upon conclusion of one-year Trial Membership period that membership does not meet their expectations, they are under no obligation to continue, their deposit is fully refundable. If Junior Member decides to join us after a one-year Trial Membership, a balance of $26,000 is due (payable over 7 years).

If the Junior Member resigns during this extended payment plan period, there is no obligation to continue making installments on Initiation Fee or continue to pay monthly dues (90-day notice required)

Food and Beverage Minimum (50% of a regular member) - $750 (family)/$500 (single)
Intermediate Member

Initiation Fee is $25,000 cash - with $5,000 equity and voting rights, OR elect 1-year Trial Membership - no voting rights until a portion of the equity is paid. Initiation Fee for this option is $35,000. Includes 1-year commitment-free Trial Membership with a 5 year payment plan.

Dues reduced to 75% of regular membership fee - ONLY $530 a month.

Deposit of $5,000 required with Nomination for Membership. If the Trial Intermediate Member decides upon conclusion of their one-year Trial Membership period that membership does not meet their expectations, they are under no obligation to continue - deposit is fully refundable.

Reguar Member
Pinnacle Peak Country Club has reduced the initiation fee to $25,000 (cash price), with $5,000 equity and voting rights. We also offer a One-Year (completely commitment-free) Trial Membership at $35,000, with a 5 Year Payment Plan - $5,000 returned in equity. A Regular Member will be a voting Member and have the right to hold office upon paying to the Club a portion of equity. Monthly Membership Dues are $700 per month.
Senior Member
A Regular member transferring to Senior status must have 10 years of membership and be 70 years of age at the time of the request. Senior status has a limit of 60 members. Golf course privileges are limited.
Senior Associate Member
A Regular member transferring to Senior Associate status must have 10 years of membership and be 70 years of age at the time of the request. Senior Associate status has a limit of 20 members. There are no golfing privileges.
Prospective Member
Prospective members who are on the waiting list, who agree to pay a set monthly fee until they become regular members, have all club privileges and limited use of the golf course during peak season and unlimited use of the golf course during the summer season.
Social Member
There is a maximum of 25 Social Memberships available at Pinnacle Peak Country Club. Initiation fee is $1,000 - non-equity. Monthly dues are $350.
